What you need
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup milk or water
- Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Ice cube tray
How to make it
- Warm the milk or water slightly
- Whisk in all spices until dissolved
- Add maple syrup if using
- Pour into ice cube tray
- Freeze for at least 4 hours
