✨ Why this matters

  • You save time

  • You create a gentle routine
  • You start your day feeling grounded, not rushed

How it fits your week

Make it ahead, store it in the fridge, and wake up to something nourishing, beautiful, and ready — so you can move through your day with more ease.

Ingredients

  • 240ml (1 cup) milk of choice
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe peach, sliced
  • Optional: chopped pistachios or almonds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, grated ginger, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Pour into jars or bowls and refrigerate.
  3. After 30 minutes, stir once to prevent clumping.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, top with fresh peach slices and optional nuts.

Notes

Fresh ginger provides the best flavor, but ground ginger works in a pinch. Start with less ginger and adjust to taste. Frozen peaches work well when fresh aren't in season — thaw before using. The pudding keeps for up to 4 days, but add fresh peach just before serving. Your gentle breakfast ritual, ready when you are.
