Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- 100g butter
- 75g honey
- 50g light brown sugar
- 75g dried cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan)
- Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper
- Melt butter, honey, and sugar in a pan
- Remove from heat, stir in orange zest and juice
