Apple Cinnamon bites

Apple Cinnamon bites

Cozy, autumn-spiced, and ready in 15 minutes

These apple cinnamon bites taste like apple pie in portable form. Warm spices and sweet apple in every bite.

What you need

  • 1 cup dried apple rings (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup almonds or cashews
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

How to make it

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor
  2. Pulse until mixture sticks together
  3. Roll into small balls
  4. Optional: roll in cinnamon for extra spice
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks

Why this works

No baking, pure autumn comfort. The dried apples concentrate the flavor, and the cinnamon makes it cozy. Perfect for fall snacking or lunchboxes.

Practical tip: Use unsweetened dried apples. If mixture is too dry, add more almond butter. These taste like apple pie but are actually nutritious.
